BOND, Chief Justice.

The primary issue involved in this appeal is the construction of sec. 15½A(4) of Art. 666, Penal Code, reading:

“It shall be unlawful for any person holding a Non-resident Seller’s Permit, or for any officer, director, agent or employee thereof, or for ány affiliate, whether corporate or by management, direction or control to: (a) Hold or have an interest in the permit, business, assets or corporate stock of any person authorized to import liquor into this state for the purpose of resale; provided that such restrictions shall , not be applicable to any such interest…
