DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause is before the Court after a Hearing on the Debtors’ Request for Monetary & Punitive Damages and Attorney Fees. Prior to this Hearing, the Court, being satisfied that proper notice had been provided, adjudicated Quality Jewelers & Loan Company in contempt after it failed to defend itself against the Debtors’ Motion for violation of the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362(a). (Doc. No. 113). At the Hearing held in this matter, the Debtors offered evidence in support of their position for damages, with Quality Jewelers & Loan Company…
