DECISION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court after a Hearing on the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Default Judgment and for Monetary/Punitive Damages. The Plaintiffs’ Motion is brought on their Complaint for a violation of the automatic stay and the discharge injunction. The Defendant did file an answer or otherwise appear in this matter. After considering the evidence, as well as the entire record in this case, the Court finds that the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Default Judgment should be Granted, and that the Plaintiffs are entitled to an award of damages as…
