This adversary proceeding is before the court after trial on Plaintiffs’ complaint alleging a willful violation of the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362(k) against Defendant Thomas Chambers and Defendant’s counterclaim for breach of contract. The district court has jurisdiction over this adversary proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b) as a civil proceeding arising in or related to a case under Title 11.
