Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Ain, J., at sentence; Winick, J., at hearings and trial), rendered February 1, 1983, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing (Winick, J.), of the defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment on the ground that he was denied a speedy trial.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
