Bartlett Mortgage Company appeals from the action of the district court of Blaine county refusing to revive a judgment in favor of it and against Harvy James Morrison et al.
The objection to the motion to revive was based upon the ground that the judgment ' had become dormant and more than one year had passed thereafter, by reason of which the court was without authority to revive the judgment over the objection of defendants.
