—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Ira Beal, J.) rendered June 23, 1988, convicting defendant after a jury trial of two counts of burglary in the first degree, and one count of assault in the second degree, and sentencing defendant as a persistent violent felony offender to concurrent terms of 15 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
