OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be reversed and a new trial ordered.

It is undisputed that in this case the People were obligated to furnish defense counsel with a copy of the police officer’s daily activity report (DAR) pursuant to People v Rosario (9 NY2d 286), and that they should have done so long before both sides had rested (People v Ranghelle, 69 NY2d 56).
