We are concerned in these appeals with the denial by a Boston Municipal Court judge of the defendant’s separate motions to transfer two small claims to the court’s regular civil docket. The defendant argues that the denial of *387transfer ultimately deprived it of a fair jury trial on the plaintiff’s claims.
