VALLÉE, J.
Appeal from a judgment of dismissal in an action for damages for personal injuries.
The complaint is in two counts. The first alleges that on July 11, 1954, while defendant was driving an automobile owned by plaintiff in which she (plaintiff) was riding, defendant negligently drove the automobile into a ditch, resulting in injuries to plaintiff.
