On April 12, 2001, the Attorney Grievance Commission, petitioner, by Bar Counsel and Deputy Bar Counsel, filed a Petition for Disciplinary Action against Brian L. Wallace, respondent. The petition, based on six complaints filed against respondent, alleged that respondent had violated Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC) 1.1, 1.3, 1.4(a) and (b), 1.5(a), 1.15(a) and (b), 1.16(a)(2) and (d), 3.2, 8.1(b), and 8.4(c) and (d). 1 Pursuant to Maryland Rule 16-752, 2 we transmitted the matter to Judge Nancy Davis-Loomis of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County for her to conduct a…
