Dickey, had been overpaid unemployment compensation benefits because she was receiving such benefits while she was employed by Personnel Pool, Inc., a temporary agency. The administrator also found that the plaintiff acknowledged that she failed to report her earnings for a number of weeks in 1993 and 1994, during which time she was also receiving unemployment…
