This action was brought by the appellee, to recover damages for a personal injury sustained by her, caused by a fall from an embankment and approach of a bridge, the bridge being over Little Blue river, in Shelby county.
The substantial averments of the complaint are "that heretofore, before the happening of the grievances herein complained of, the defendant did erect over a running stream of water known as Little Blue river, in the said county of Shelby, a bridge, on the line and as a part of á public highway, at a point immediately east of the corporate line of the city of Shelbyville, in…
