The appellant prosecutes this appeal from a judgment of the circuit court in favor of the appellee, on account of personal injuries alleged to have been sustained from the defective construction of a highway bridge in Jackson county.

The first alleged error presented is the action of the lower court in overruling appellant’s motion to require the complaint to be made more specific. The first specification of the motion asked that the complaint allege the name of the stream over which said bridge was constructed.
