OPINION

SULLIVAN, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members at Marine Corps Air Station, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. Contrary to his pleas entered on June 19, 1985, he was found guilty of aggravated assault, in violation of Article 128(b) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 928(b). On June 20, 1985, appellant was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 4 months, total forfeitures for 4 months, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
