OPINION OF THE COURT

SNYDER, Senior Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, a general court-martial comprised of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant of rape, forcible anal sodomy, indecent assault, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor by providing alcoholic beverages to a person less than 21 years of age, violations of Articles 120, 125, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 920, 925, and 934 (1994). He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 3 years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to E-l. The convening authority…
