OPINION
NORTON, Judge.
Appellant, Gale R. Nordling, initiated this action against respondents Northern States Power Company and David McGan-non, alleging, inter alia, breach of employment contract, retaliatory discharge in violation of Minn.Stat. § 181.932, and tortious interference with contract arising out of his discharge as corporate counsel for Northern States Power Company.
