MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALEXANDER WILLIAMS, JR., District Judge.
Plaintiff brings this action under Section 340(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, as amended (“INA”), 8 U.S.C. § 1451(a), to revoke Defendant’s citizenship and cancel his certificate of naturalization. Currently pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 16). The Court has reviewed the entire record as well as the pleadings with respect to this motion and finds that no hearing is deemed necessary. See Local Rule 105.6 (D.Md. 2008).
