MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Pending before the Court is Plaintiff United States of America’s Motion for Summary Judgment, filed July 21, 2014. ECF No. 24. Plaintiff contends that Defendant Jammal was ineligible to naturalize as a United States citizen, and based on the material, undisputed facts in the record, it is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. For reasons explained below, Plaintiffs motion is GRANTED.
