Plaintiff Omaha Indemnity Insurance Company (“Omaha Indemnity”) brought this diversity action against defendants for declaratory relief concerning insurance coverage. Plaintiff insures defendants Car-don Oil Company, Wilford Cardon, Craig Cardon, and Elijah Cardon (“the Cardons”) under a comprehensive general liability insurance policy (“policy”).
