MEMORANDUM
CAHN, Chief Judge.
In these consolidated civil actions, the plaintiff Janet Kenepp (“Mrs. Kenepp”) alleges that she suffered personal injury as a result of her exposure to disinfectant chemicals that the defendants either manufactured, supplied, distributed or sold. Earl Kenepp, her husband, asserts a claim for loss of consortium. Jurisdiction is premised upon di versity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. § 1332, and venue is proper under 28 U.S.C. § 1391(a).
