Petitioner Jones is Director of the Department of Weights and Measures in Riverside County, Cal.1 In that capacity he ordered removed from sale bacon packaged by respondent Rath Packing Co. and flour packaged by three millers, respondents General Mills, Inc., Pillsbury Co., and Seaboard Allied Milling Corp.
