ROBERT E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

A general court-martial convicted the accused of two offenses, in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and imposed a sentence which includes a bad-conduct discharge. The convening authority dismissed one of the charges. He approved the sentence, but *569suspended execution of the discharge. A unanimous hoard of review affirmed. We granted review.
