Dennis Smith, as plaintiff below, sued Dolese Bros. Company, a corporation, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have resulted from the negligence of said company.
The defendant was operating a rock crusher in Murray county, the plaintiff being one of its employees who had been assigned to the duty of operating a steam drill.
