The defendant in error, as plaintiff below, recovered judgment against the plaintiff in error, as defendant, in the sum of $1'50 on account of personal injuries received in defendant’s yards at Mangum, while loading a locomotive tender with coal from a box car. The coal had been loaded into the box car, without using grain or inside doors, and the heavy' lump coal thus loaded came into contact with sliding side doors of the car, bulging the doors out against the sides of the groove upon which it was to be moved.
