OPINION

DROWOTA, Justice.

The appellant, Lamar Fletcher, filed a motion to reopen his first petition for post-conviction relief. The trial court denied the motion to reopen and the Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed the denial, finding that the trial court did not abuse its discretion. Fletcher, pro se, 1 filed an application for permission to appeal in this Court challenging the decision of the intermediate court.
