BOEHM, Justice.

Keith D. Champlain was convicted of murder and sentenced to fifty-five years imprisonment. His direct appeal presents the following issues:(1) Did the trial court err in refusing to give Champlain’s two tendered instructions relating to intoxication?(2) Did the trial court err when it sentenced Champlain to an executed sentence of fifty-five years imprisonment?

We affirm the trial court.
