MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER
LEVI, District Judge.
Plaintiff seeks to enjoin various of the statements made by defendants in their widely distributed magazine sweepstakes solicitations. Plaintiff Eben Haskell brings suit on behalf of himself and the general public of California against defendants Time Warner, Inc. (“Time Warner”), Time, Inc. (“Time”), Publishers Clearing House (“PCH”), The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc.
