Appellant, temporary conservator and unsuccessful applicant for letters of conservatorship of the person and estate of Elizabeth Ellen Oliver, has appealed from the following: (1) an order striking his motion for fees and expenses as temporary conservator; (2) an order allowing the conservators of the person items of expense connected with the conservatorship proceedings but incurred prior to their appointment; (3) an order awarding attorney fees to counsel for the conservator of the estate.
