In proceeding No. P 504613 of the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles, Bank of America Na tional Trust and Savings Association (Bank) and Ivan Townsend Smith (Ivan) have been and are co-conservators of the estate of Eugenia Clair Smith (Eugenia), an elderly woman, and Ivan has been and is conservator of her person.
