Floyd Jones, an African-American man, sues GlaxoSmithKline, LLC (“GSK”), his former employer, alleging harassment and hostile work environment based on his race and sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., and wrongful termination in breach of an implied contract. 1 On March 1, 2010, at the end of prolonged discovery, GSK filed a motion for summary judgment.
