I. INTRODUCTION

This dispute originates from allegations of sexual harassment by former female employees of the District of Columbia Department of Parks and Recreation (“DPR”) against their male supervisors. Plaintiffs Garrina Byrd, Demera Gaskins, Annette Burns, and Carmen Jean-Baptiste bring this suit against the District of Columbia seeking damages for unlawful sexual harassment and discrimination that each suffered during the course of their employment.
