Appeal from a judgment, entered November 27, 1973, upon a decision of the Court of Claims, which dismissed claimant’s second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth causes of action and awarded the sum of $7,323.82 interest on the severed first cause of action. This claim arises out of a contract entered into by claimant for the reconstruction of a .98-mile section of the Cross County Parkway located in the City of Mount Vernon, Westchester County.
