DUFFY, Circuit Judge.

This is a suit for the alleged infringement of Reissue Patent No. 23,927, issued January 18, 1955. All of the claims of this patent, except Claims 3, 5 and 6, are at issue in this suit. 1 The District Court found the claims in issue to be valid and infringed.

On October 15, 1951, plaintiff filed an application for a patent on the three-finger holder hereinafter described.
