Defendant appeals by leave granted from an April 17, 1990, order denying summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7) and (8). Plaintiff filed suit against defendant, her employer, alleging that, as a result of defendant’s intentional and wilful misconduct, she suffered the loss of the ring and small fingers of both hands while operating a punch press at her place of employment.
