Defendant appeals by leave granted from the circuit court orders that denied its motions for summary disposition against the various plaintiffs. We reverse.
Plaintiffs are former Ford Motor Company employees (and spouses with derivative claims) claiming damages from alleged exposure to asbestos during manufacturing processes at a Ford plant. Their complaint alleged that defendant knowingly placed them in certain danger of injury from the asbestos.
