MEMORANDUM OPINION
SCOTT, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction or in the Alternative Motion to Transfer Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). An evidentiary hearing was held on July 31, 1990. Thereafter, the parties were provided an additional opportunity to brief the jurisdictional issue presented.
