ORDER
PRESNELL, District Judge.
Upon consideration of the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge (Doc. 29, filed September 13, 2000), the Defendant’s objection to that report (Doc. 30, filed September 30, 2000), and the Plaintiffs response to that Objection (Doc.33, filed October 10, 2000), this Court concludes that the Plaintiff has adequately established personal jurisdiction pursuant to Florida’s Long-Arm Statute, see Posner v.
