ORDER ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS

THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction (DE # 7).
This action arises out of David Musiker’s (“Musiker”) purchase of Projectavision, Inc.’s (“Projectavision”) stock. On May 23, 1996, Musiker filed a one-count fraud in the inducement Complaint against Projectavision and Marvin Maslow (“Maslow”) in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida.
