In an action to enforce a judgment of a court of the State of Florida, the defendant appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (McCarthy, J.), entered January 16, 1990, which granted the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment in lieu of complaint, and (2) a judgment of the same court, entered March 1,1990, thereon.
Ordered that the appeal from the order is dismissed; and it is further,
