T 1 On November 30, 2000, the City Council of Tulsa decided to encourage the initiation of new direct nonstop airline service to the business centers of the East and West coasts, and voted to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Tulsa Industrial Authority (TIA) and the City of Tulsa which would convey to the TIA certain real property known as Air Force Plant Number 3 (Property).
