RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.
After Bluffton Casting Corporation (“Bluffton”) filed for bankruptcy, some of its employees filed a complaint for declaratory judgment in bankruptcy court regarding the validity, extent and priority of their state law mechanics and employees liens. The claims at issue are based on the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (“the WARN Act”) and the collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”) with Bluffton.
