MOISE, Justice.
This is an original proceeding in prohibition in which the State Corporation Commission, as relator, seeks to prohibit the respondent, District Judge, from considering whether or not relators should be restrained and enjoined from proceeding with a hearing called to determine whether Me-Wood Corporation was engaged in the transportation of property for hire in New Mexico and subject to the jurisdiction of relator.
