This action was begun in the district court of Tulsa county by the defendant in error, Etta Lewis, against the plaintiff in error, city of Tulsa, Okla. The cause was tried to a jury and a verdict was rendered in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $591. From a judgment thereon defendant has appealed. The parties will be referred to herein as in the trial court.
