I. INTRODUCTION

This is a consolidation of four patent infringement suits brought by Plaintiff Al lergan, Inc.’s (“Allergan”) pursuant to the Hatch-Waxman Act. 1 See Drug Price Competition and Patent Term Restoration Act, which is commonly referred to as the Hatch-Waxman Act, in 1984.
