Before the Court are the competing motions for summary judgment by Plaintiff Allergan Sales, LLC (“Allergan”) and Defendants Sandoz, Inc., Aleon Laboratories, Inc., Alcon Research, Ltd., and Falcon Pharmaceuticals, Ltd.
