In the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (Liberty), the appellant, sued Ben Lewis Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., (Lewis), appellee, for premiums allegedly due on various insurance policies. The policies Lewis had purchased from Liberty included automobile, umbrella excess liability, commercial lines, inland marine and contractor’s equipment, and worker’s compensation.
