Plaintiff Funding Systems Leasing Corporation commenced this Georgia diversity action for deceit 1 against Gar land B. Pugh, individually and doing business as Georgia Tractor & Equipment Company, to recover damages arising out of the default of E. F. Anderson & Son, Inc., on a logging equipment lease. The district court, sitting without a jury, found for Funding Systems and assessed damages against Pugh.
