ROSENN, Circuit Judge.
This appeal and cross-appeal present several procedural issues as well as substantive issues relating to damages arising out of alleged acts of sexual harassment in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Char-issa McKinnon and Beatrice Poulin brought suit in the United States District Court for the District of Maine against their former employer, the Kwong Wah Chinese Restaurant (“Kwong Wah”), its owners, and several current and former employees.
