This is an action by plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries she sustained in a two-car automobile accident. The accident occurred January 14, 1969. After both parties rested, the defendant admitted liability and the case was submitted to the jury to determine the amount of plaintiff’s damages, if *322any. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff for general and special damages. The defendant appeals.
